In.Te.S.A. – INnovazione sul TErritorio per lo Sviluppo Aziendale – Feb 2015 – March 2016: Workshop

The In.Te.S.A. project (INnovazione sul TErritorio per lo Sviluppo Aziendale – Territorial Innovation for Company Development) is a product of the collaboration between the LUISS Guido Carli University and the CESMA (Centre for Managerial Studies).  It consists of a one-year training programme involving 41 companies in the territory of Lazio with regard to managerial and technical innovation and internationalization. The programme was organized with the aim of integrating a multi-stakeholder approach into the various phases of the training programme. The long-term objective of the training programme has been to enhance the assets characteristic of the territory in terms of human, infrastructural and environmental resources, and to provide the strategic instruments necessary for a competitive re-positioning of this micro-region in the regional, national and European context of production.
