– this is NOT the final grade. The latter will be sent to you via e-mail.

– if you want to refuse any of the two written exams’ marks, you will have to do so after having received the mail with your final mark. If this is the case, you will have to do an oral exam only on the part related to the mark you have refused.

Here you can find the results of the EU Law exam 2017. The results show the average mark which takes into account both marks of the mid-term test and the final test.

You will be able to reject it as soon as you receive the official email by the IT system.

Should you reject it and be willing to retake the exam orally on the 29th, you can come with your ID on that day.

Please note that you can ONLY sit the December written test if you are in list no. 1 (“students admitted to the December written test”).
If you are in list no. 1 but you refused the October mid-term grade, you are allowed to take the December written test.
 If you are not in list no. 1 but you are in list no. 2 (“frequentanti”) you will be able to take the oral exam from January on, studying the program for “frequentanti” (notes + slides + materials posted on the website).

 EU LAW 2014/2015 – EXCUSED ABSENCES

Absences due to:
– illness
– Model United Nations or Progetto Europeo LUISS (or similar LUISS activities)
are considered EXCUSED and therefore will not be counted against you for the purpose of being considered frequentante (and therefore have access to the April 14 written test).
If you were absent for one of these reasons, you should send an email
by April 5
stating the reason for the absence and the relative date/s.
Late emails will not be considered.
Please remember that only frequentanti (those who have attended at least 10 out of 13 classes) will be admitted to the April 14 written test.

Diritto internazionale dell’ambiente

 

As part of the European Union Law course by Professor Daniele Gallo,

a seminar on
“THE EXTERNAL RELATIONS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION AFTER THE LISBON TREATY”
will be offered.

Keynote speaker:
Professor Jan Wouters  (Jean Monnet Chair Ad Personam at Leuven University and Visiting Professor at Luiss), ‘The Actors of EU External Relations’.

Speakers:
Professor Elisa Baroncini (University of Bologna), ‘The European Parliament and International Agreements’
and
Professor Sara Poli (University of Pisa), ‘Human Rights Protection and the EU Development Cooperation’.

The seminar will take place on Wednesday, April 2nd, from 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. in Room 18, Law Department building – Via Parenzo 11, Rome.
Participation is compulsory for the students attending the EU Law course. Anybody is welcome to attend.

“WTO AND NON TRADE ISSUES”
will be offered.

2012-2011:

I giorni 17 (ore 12-15) e 20 (ore 14-17) aprile il prof. E.-U. Petersmann, Visiting Professor presso la Luiss per Spring 2012, terrà due seminari dal titolo, rispettivamente,  CONSTITUTIONAL PROBLEMS OF MULTILEVEL JUDICIAL GOVERNANCE IN EUROPE e CONSTITUTIONAL PROBLEMS OF MULTILEVEL JUDICIAL GOVERNANCE IN THE WTO AND INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT LAW. La frequenza è obbligatoria per i frequentanti, valida ai fini della raccolta delle firme. E’ incoraggiata la partecipazione di altri studenti Luiss e degli studenti non frequentanti. Aula 19 il giorno 17; aula 20 il giorno 20.

Il giorno 10 maggio 2011 (10.30-12.30) si terrà un seminario, durante il corso di diritto internazionale dell’ambiente, al quale parteciperanno quattro esperti del Ministero dell’ambiente in materia di negoziati internazionali (dott.sse F. De Crescenzo, V. Leonardi, A. Pansini, M. Vitale). Il titolo del seminario è: “L’Italia e l’ambiente: tra Rio+20, negoziati in materia di cambiamento climatico e progetti di sostenibilità ambientale”. La frequenza è obbligatoria per i frequentanti di diritto internazionale dell’ambiente, valida ai fini della raccolta delle firme.
