E’ stata titolare di contratti integrativi di docenza sulle cattedre di Strategie d’Impresa, Advanced Organization Design, Business Organization presso l’Università LUISS Guido Carli, Dipartimento di Impresa e Management e Dipartimento di Economia e Finanza.

Le sue aree di ricerca sono: Management, Strategie d’impresa, Network, Organizzazione aziendale, Innovazione.

Collabora con la LUISS Business School – Public Administration & Healthcare su attività di ricerca, consulenza e formazione.

Ha conseguito il titolo di Dottore di Ricerca in Management nel 2012 presso la LUISS Guido Carli. E’ stata Visiting Scholar presso la University of Michigan, Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, Michigan, US.

La sua esperienza di lavoro passata è in Consulenza manageriale presso Ernst & Young Financial – Business Advisors S.p.A.
