ON APRIL 10 : MID TERM EXAM. PLEASE NOTE THAT JUST THOSE STUDENTS WHO ACTUALLY ATTENDED LECTURES CAN TAKE THE MID TERM EXAM. THOSE WHO DID NOT ATTEND WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. THE MID TERM EXAM IS: COMPUTER BASED  WITH 4 OPEN QUESTIONS (ON TOPICS COVERED UP TO NOW) TO BE ANSWERED IN MAXIMUM 2 PAGES IN  1 HOUR.  FOR THOSE WHO SUCCEED AND UNTIL SUMMER SESSIONS ONLY, THOSE TOPICS WILL NOT BE PART OF THE FINAL EXAM.

4. Tenth week (starting on April 23, 2018): Corporations in general. US corporations.

FINAL EXAM: COMPUTER BASED 6 OPEN QUESTIONS ON THE WHOLE PROGRAM – 2 HOURS. FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PASSED THE MID TERM EXAM: 4 OPEN QUESTIONS – 1.5 HOURS.

THE FINAL GRADE WILL BE THE AVERAGE BETWEEN THE MID TERM EXAM (IF ANY) AND THE FINAL EXAM + ACTIVE PARTICIPATION AT CLASSES (E.G. PRESENTATIONS OF CASES ETC. AS RECORDED) + optional case law (if any). Optional case law to get 1 grade bonus: if, among the questions, one or more refers to a topic covered by the optional cases and the student mentions it showing to have studied it, he / she will get 1 additional grade.
