On December 7 Stefano Marini (CEO) and Fabio Bianconi of Georgeson SPA (leading company  in shareholder communications and proxy voting) will give a lecture on the effects of the Shareholders’ Rights Directive n. 36/2007 on general meetings of Italian listed companies.
