Sabrina Bruno, Full Professor of Private Comparative Law at University of Calabria since 2017 and Adjunct Professor at Luiss G. Carli since 2004.

National Qualifications as Full Professor of Business and Company Law since 2016 and of Comparative Law since 2013; Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School (MA, USA) in 2010.

Former Associate Professor of Company Law at University of Calabria (2001-2017).

Education: University of Oxford, M.Litt. in Company Law (1990-1994); University of Florence, Doctorate in European Private and Comparative Law, (1992-1995); Luiss, J.D. cum laude in Law, (1983-1987).

Current Board Services: Non-executive Independent Director, Chairman of Sustainability Committee and Member of Control and Risk Committee at SNAM S.p.a. since 2013; Non-executive Independent Director at BANCA APULIA S.p.a. (Intesa San Paolo Group) since 2016.

She is the author of two books (monographs) on “Civil Liability for Misleading Financial Information”, 2000, and on “Role of General Meeting in Corporate Governance”, 2012, and of several chapters and articles in the fields of Italian, English and US company law and corporate governance.
