She got her PhD in Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Her doctoral dissertation was on “The role of research networks in highly regulated R&D settings and environments: network effects in clinical research”.

She has spent a year as Visiting Scholar at the  Ross School of Business, University of Michigan (USA).

She earned a master degree cum laude in Economics and Business from LUISS Guido Carli University in 2006.


She has a sound teaching experience in the following topics: Management, Corporate and business strategies, Management of Innovation, that she has developed in renowned national universities and business schools.


Her research interests cover topics in the field of strategy and management of innovation, such as R&D management, alliances, network analysis. She is currently focusing on innovation networks and research projects involve the study of network effects in R&D, highly regulated industries, industry dynamics, management of collaboration. She performed research projects at the national and international level and presented her work at the main conferences, receiving in 2010 the Distinguished Paper Award of the Business Policy and Strategy Division of the Academy of Management.
